The Patient Follow-up System (PFS) is an intuitive and easy-to-use web-based system for monitoring the clinical trial participants throughout the whole trial. This application centralizes all the information collected by our TrialPal application.
PFS is a specialized software based on highly reliable and available platforms that guarantees an excellent service performance without interruptions, integrating security standards, and guidelines such as 21 CFR Part 11 from the FDA. This system is designed for research sites and it is a great ally to efficiently monitor subjects and improve trial management.

This module allows mass data upload from different sources of potential subjects for a new trial. It also allows initial trial visit scheduling. Once a candidate has passed all the enrollment processes, they can be promoted to subject/patient within the system.

This module has built-in restriction settings; the participant data access is controlled per user to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
Record easily all correspondence a site has had with trial subjects. Get a consolidated tracking log with the site’s user information for each participant.
Control the participant’s visit agenda. Get a clear calendar view with a built-in calculation feature to showcase visit windows according to the protocol. Take into account holidays and annual leave for more effective time management.
Manages laboratory samples (such as stool, blood, etc.) during the trial. Monitor through this module the status and location of all samples generated on the system. We have developed an interface with CDC laboratory systems for more efficient communication between research sites and CDC.
The e-Diary card displays in a consolidated view per day all the reported data from each participant through the TrialPal e-diary according to the project set-up. This information can be also filtered per visit.
The card shows the daily symptoms information, and additionally have an icon and traffic light color scheme to identify the data reported by the user such as medication intake, symptoms, and reporting status. This makes the data lecture for the site staff easier and more friendly. Furthermore, this module has the audit trail, electronic signature and audits associated features.
Complete and/or monitor the progress of multiple activities associated with a project or clinical trial participant. Within this module, site staff can perform the following actions: Start Activities, List Activities, Assign Activities, View Statistics, Download Activity Reports, and Perform Activities.
