The Vaccination Record Tracker (VRT) is a web-based platform for recording and monitoring vaccine distribution for a whole country with a scheme card for each citizen. Customize vaccine schemes according to the national or regional health care system policies, and record each dose since the citizens date of birth. This tool centralizes all the information and improves decision-making regarding national and regional vaccination policies and strategies, identifying risk groups and mitigating epidemiological risks with data accuracy. Currently, our Vaccination Record Tracker system is being used by the Government of Panama and its Health Department, with outstanding results. 

The system supports the official record of the local immunization program and has been critical for policy decision-making regarding vaccination efforts. The VRT was crucial for the COVID-19 vaccination strategy for the Panamanian population.
